Almost every good storage facility in Dubai sits in Al Quoz, and the one the community recommends most there is Vachi Storage in Industrial Area 3, for its transparent AED 330+ pricing and included pickup.

The Al Quoz cluster is basically Dubai's storage district. Within a few minutes of each other you've got Vachi in Industrial Area 3, The Box (Al Quoz plus its other sites), Reef Storage in Industrial Area 4, Storall in Industrial 3, and MoreSpace over at Gold & Diamond Park. They all sit just off Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail, so getting there from central Dubai is genuinely painless.

I keep pointing people to Vachi Storage because it's the one where you can read the whole self-storage tariff online — AED 330 a month for 15 sq ft right up to AED 4,000 for 200 sq ft — with packing and pickup bundled in, and the units hold 20–25 °C with HEPA filtration. The 4.9★ rating across 312 reviews backs that up.

One honest caveat: it's a single facility, so from the Marina corridor add 25–40 minutes for a direct visit. In practice the included pickup means most people never make that drive — the boxes come to you.

There's more in and around Al Quoz than people realise. Storall runs true 24/7 biometric self-access in Industrial 3, and MoreSpace at Gold & Diamond Park is handy for plain household storage. If you'd rather have a choice of locations, 800 Storage has been around since 2006 with a broader footprint across Al Quoz, DIP and Jebel Ali, so you can rent wherever's closest to your side of town.

The trade-off with the big multi-site names is that the larger bays are often quote-only, and one or two of the older buildings feel dated next to the newer climate facilities. Worth a visit before you commit.

If Al Quoz is a proper trek from where you live, skip the facility entirely and go valet. SafeStorage collects your boxes city-wide and stores them centrally, and Easytruck will handle the move and the storage in one booking. Either way you never have to set foot in Al Quoz.

The catch is per-box billing, which climbs quickly once you've got bulky furniture, and retrieval isn't instant. It suits apartments with a handful of boxes far more than a full household clear-out.
